Looking for low profile high quality soft knee pads for work.

My job involves kneeling down on hard tiles for hours on end and I'm looking for some really thin low profile soft knee pads to wear for the duration.
All the ones I'm seeing online are either really thick and bulky or they're cheap crap from amazon with customers say they ripped after a few uses.
The floor I kneel on is very smooth so I just need a tiny bit of padding just so it feels more like carpet I'm kneeling on instead of tile. I'll wear them under my work trousers so they really do need to be low profile.

I have no personal experience (if I kneeled on the floor I’d still be there on Tuesday), but I’ve seen folk wearing work trousers with built in knee pads - any good for you?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competition Time, Site Feedback and Marriage, Relationships and Families boards. I bought some work trousers from Lidl a couple of years ago, hardwearing material, loads of pockets, and pockets on the knees with velcro sealing on one side for pads to slide into.
I then found the pads in a Sports Direct store of all places (they often have a small workwear section at the back near the tills) while shopping for trainers for my son. These pads are about 1cm thick.
IIRC, the trousers were about £14 and the pads £5.
EDIT: Can't find the exact trousers any more, but the same thin soft pads are available from Screwfix.• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

My staff (flat roofers) swear by Fento knee pads.
Avoiding injury (short or longer term) is top priority. The pads are expensive but compared to the cost of losing a staff member due to injury, I'd say they're excellent value and arguably 'cheap'.0 -

I've got my eye on these https://www.kneesupports.com/ultimate-performance-advanced-patella-support but they look like they're slip constantly because they're not really designed to be knelt on.
Or maybe something like this https://www.kneesupports.com/ultimate-performance-ultimate-adjustable-knee-support-with-straps#product_tabs-0 I like the little cut out at the back, makes it so the fabric won't crease up and pinch the skin behind my knee when bending.0 -
What about these?

They have loads more, but I didn't look at them all.1 -
I wear work trousers with knee pockets for DIY/garden jobs. The pads that came with them are a solid foam, with channels which allow them to bend but I found them too stiff & they made my knees sore. Now I make pads from offcuts of foam carpet underlay which are really effective unless on very stoney ground. Lightweight, not bulky & being in pockets cannot slip away from your knees or pinch behind your knees. Best of all they are free - offcuts from my own carpeting, from friends or local carpet shop skip.0

Having said that, an alternative option is a kneeling pad as sold for gardeners, some may be same size as a larger toolbox lid.Fashion on the Ration

You're not going to get good kneeling protection from something icm thick that's also soft.If I were you, I'd look at getting some insualtion type stuff, the black stuff, it's about 2cm thick and quite spongy, superglue some velcro to it, sew some velcro to your trouser, and stick them on.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi1
