Did you request a UC form in your journal and when was that I see you mentioned August but this year or last year. Provided your request was received ok it shouldn't take no longer than a couple of weeks to get it. Once it's returned that's a different matter months mostly to get a reply

Have you reported changes to your health condition by reporting a change and then click health condition? You should be asked to provide a fit note when you do that and then you should be referred for another WCA.
If you just put a message onto your journal then that could go unanswered.1 -
Hi I was she a reassessment in august last year, they gave me lcw for 1 year so that ran out last august I asked my work coach when I would have another assesment and she said she’s not sure they would contact me but it’s been like 5-6 months now and still not heard anything what is the uc form please0

It is the same health condition as before if that makes sense so I don’t think it would work if I did that would it?like I currently get pip but as I’m not on lcwra they ring me like every few weeks with appoiment on the phone0

What message should I put on my journal please?0

The WCA decision doesn't have a time limit like PIP does. It's ongoing until/unless a reassessment has a different outcome. Any timeframe given is just a recommendation and right now it seems pretty rare for them to follow it.
Did you agree with the LCW decision? Have things changed that you feel you now should have LCWRA?
(I'm not avoiding answering your question, as I don't know exactly how you go about requesting a reassessment unless you have a new health condition in which case you use the 'report a change' section in your online account.)0 -
Hi yes things have deffo changed I agreed with lcw when I had my assesment now but a lot of things have changed after this so yes I feel like I should recieve lwcra.0

Ok so you're saying your condition is worse and you need another assessment form UC50 to fill out but the one you asked for in your journal hasn't arrived or been responded to.
So telephone 📞 the helpline number and request to be put through to the relevant department that deals with sending forms out. As your journal request hasn't received any response which doesn't surprise me because they don't read it regularly.
You will need a Doctors certificate to declare the changes or hospital specialist letters.1 -
