SP3 should be availble in March0

Tests and benchmarks have shown XP SP3 gives a 10% performance boost over XP SP2.
Only shown in OFFICE 2007 and even then it might be because of better core 2 support so unless you have a core 2 it means nothing...I know I havent noticed any major differences except for fixing my External HDD USB 2.0 problem I was having.0
