Take care of yourself.Budget for FEB £175
I would like to come in under that if possible9 -
My February budget is set at £600 again. I had my first shop of the month delivered yesterday, which came to £106.31 which leaves £493.69/£600 😊
I took a freezer inventory yesterday, and I’m hoping to run them both down a bit more, so hopefully we won’t spend the full amount over the next four weeks.

Hi all, please may I join? I trust no judgement here but my food bill is one of my highest outgoings due to a food compulsion and past history. I need to tackle this and am using therapy to help, so it will be a good challenge for me to join in with you all

I am only counting food, no cleaning, bathing products etc
Current bill (1 person) is £200 a month
Challenge is £160

Hi @sams247
I have a very similar issue with food and I'm sure there will be no judgement here, everyone has been incredibly supportive to me. Feb is my first month doing this too, and my usual spend for a family of 3 has been £800 a month.
Good luck with your budget, I'm sure we will both pick up lots of advice and tips here.

I have been meaning to do a freezer check for weeks now, @Black_Saturn - so am really grateful for the prompt. After reading your post this morning, I finally noted everything down. One or two surprises tucked away in there! 😁Black_Saturn said:My February budget is set at £600 again.
