Employer financial advice benefit/perk

My employer offers a 'financial advice account' benefit whereby employees can contribute £10-£50 per month and the employer adds a 50% match to whatever figure you contribute. It's not a pre-selected IFA/FA...the responsibility will be on the employee to find an advisor and the only rule is they must be FCA-registered and need to provide FCA number? to use the funds.
