Today I went to the dentist, again. It was free today but I'm waiting to hear how much the next step will be. I'm not looking forward to it. I can drag it out til after January payday but probably can't drag it out til February's hopefully increased pay. I might have to see if they'll let me pay over 2 installments or something.
Tea was the minced lamb n veg I batch cooked yesterday, with some quick air fryer roast potatoes. Another large potato gone. 3 portions of lamb in the freezer.
One of the parsnips I stored in sand has started to sprout! There's a tiny green leaf poking out. Best I use that soon.
Nothing much else to report other than I did one full press up and a 30second plank. I haven't even tried anything like that for over a year. It's a start.

I've just fixed my energy for another year. Stayed with the same supplier as I've been happy with them after a few awful experiences with other suppliers. They've estimated my bill will reduce from £160 to £135.
Since I painted my other living room wall dark, and I have no pictures on that wall to break it up, it's a bit too dark. My ceiling lights are also not quite bright enough. I've just found a standard lamp that perfectly matches a table lamp I have, and goes well with my ceiling lights, for £22.
I can pick it up tomorrow on my way home from work. It's brass so should break up the dark a little (in both senses of the word).
Nothing much else to report, work is busy with visits, I'm feeling a little January but not as much as previous years, I'm eating plenty of veg, I've falling asleep on the sofa after work every evening this week.
Oh! Tonight I did 10 press ups on my knees, so I'll start reducing the numbers on my knees and increasing the full press ups gradually (9/1 tomorrow, 8/2 next time).

That's good news about the extra money.
Well done on the plank - I do it and find it hard.
