It's only a court that can confirm one way or the other if compensation is due, with sight of all the evidence - based on what you've shared, it seems clear that you have neither a 0% chance nor a 100% one, but somewhere in between!  If you've already gone legal then it won't matter how people on here rate your chances anyway?

Out of curiosity, why didn't you go to Aviation ADR first?  Not a quick process but cheaper than court....
