It's unclear whether your question relates to a delayed flight or delay in delivering your luggage, but either way, ask away and the thread can be moved somewhere else if necessary!

sorry been so busy writing useless emails to Ryanair and getting nowhere!  So my luggage  was missing but was delivered 6 days later with items missing? they offered me £200 which I refused and so closed my case. I am unable via any way to reopen the case or get in touch with anyone. i contacted the next step the Complaint Administration Alert and now they too fail to respond to my case to speak to someone about this?  I am inclined to accept the £200 but just cannot get in touch via phone, email, message, bot with anyone to even go back and eat humble pie? It is 12 days since my last contact with the CAA and i just do not know where to go?  I feel like I should have cut my losses at £200 and now feel stupid?  I want to get a solicitor on the case because this is really frustrating but cannot afford  it as I believe that would be  stupid costs?  Please can someone help because i do not want to roll over and give up as I have spent hours/tears on this and it is just not human?

What were the items that went missing from the luggage?
The value of those items is only their current worth, not whatever the original cost was.

Yes I could but this cost me plus increase my premiums for next year so I am reluctant given this is all on Ryanair who are refusing to even engage in communication? I find this so frustrating?

I thought RyanAir did engage. They made you an offer of £200 which you turned down. I expect RyanAir see that as end of story.  They likely never intended to start a back-and-forth negotiation with you. I doubt they have either the resources to waste or any inclination to do so.

Out of interest, what was missing from your suitcase?  Was it tobacco, cigarettes or something restricted by chance?
