    Seems to me that they will discontinue very soon, keep checking your spam folder and inbox

    I got the same letter as you did with an offer to settle then 1 week later it was a notice of discontinuation so I would expect the same to happen to you and you might win the 600th discontinuation award.

    hi all reviving this as I’ve received another claim form from DCB legal

    issue Date: 06 Jan 2026

    AOS filed: 29 January 2026 (after 4pm)


    can someone please help me with the dates as I’m confused about deadlines now…

    If its a new claim about a different case, please start a new thread

    In that new thread, add the above plus add a copy of the MCOL claim history too, plus a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first

    That AOS was late, so I hope that it hasn't caused any issues

    Post a redacted picture of the N279 discontinuation document below that you received last summer

    Your AoS was due 25/01/26, so you've missed that. Check your MCOL status page, you may already have a default judgment against you, if not, you need to get a defence in IMMEDIATELY.
