Your N180 should have had all the unavailable days and weeks in it, so that usually stops the problem from occurring
For now, continue with the 12 steps and the process, because the dcb legal M.O. is to discontinue before the hearing fee date shown on your court order
Meanwhile, draft your WS so that it's ready to be sent by the deadline on your court order
Meaning, get your paperwork ready, but hope that they discontinue just before the fee date, as is usual1 -
Have also received today the following from the claimant
“To assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our Client may be prepared to settle this case. I can confirm our Client would be agreeable to £60.00 in full and final settlement of this Claim. The current outstanding balance is £306.24.”
