Lebara - monthly or 4 weekly payments

I have noticed that the date of my monthly payments for my Lebara monthly contract seems to have changed to payments taken out every 4 weeks.
I contacted Lebara who said  I am on monthly payments.
Unfortunately I have changed payment methods a couple of times when changing bank accounts etc, so don’t have the ‘proof’ needed to confirm the 4 weekly payments taken. Has anyone else had this problem?

No, having just checked my payment history, the registered debit card is charged on or near the same date each month.
In spite of changing the payment methods, is there nothing in "Payment history" when you log in to your account?
  • It is a 30 day plan so bank should be debited every 30 days when it renews. This will mean that payment date will move forward ever so slightly every few months due to many months having 31 days.

This is how my account works

Strangely, Mrs B's has moved from 19/8/23 to 10/1/25
As she's only paying £4.40 each time, I don't think we're going to stress about it! ;)

Mine is a monthly plan  "5GB MSE Exclusive Monthly Plan Renews on 18 Feb 2025". Maybe that's the difference?
The last payment was 18th Jan.. "5GB MSE Exclusive Monthly Plan 18 Jan 2025 08:59am"

You will find the payment will be taken on 17th to renew on 18th, payment in advance first thing in the morning of the last day of the current period.
Mine is the MSE 5GB Exclusive Monthly Plan and renews every 30 days. Commenced on 9th March 24 and Jan payment was 4th, Feb will be 3rd but March will be 5th.  Lebara advertise their plans as either 12 month or 30 day.

I must be the odd one out because, as I have written, the payment is taken each month on or very near the same date. Not every 30 days. Most definitely not every 4 weeks/28 days.

Most likely every 30 days then.  Lebara take payment any day of the week including weekends and bank holidays so if it was monthly it would be the same date every month.
