Your friend is mistaken.

I didn't bother posting a picture as I thought it would be easier for someone to pop round and read the real thing.

At the entrance from Leaside Road there is a huge totem sign and at the bottom of that sign is wording giving the managing agents contact details. It is not possible to read that detail on GSV, hence the suggestion that someone visits the site.
