House Purchase Stamp Duty - Definition of Buyer?

Currently had an offer accepted on a basic Semi-detached. Mortgage offer in place, etc.
Please can someone advise on what rate the stamp duty would be based on?
I have rented for 34 years after losing my home in divorce. But prior to that I have bought and sold two houses. Now I am buying a house again am I defined as a standard buyer or do I have to pay higher rate normally for someone buying a second home?
Thanks to anyone who can help as cannot find a clear answer online.

So you are NOT a first time buyer as you have previously owned property.
You do not currently own any property anywhere in the world - is that correct?
Assuming that is the case, then you would pay standard SDLT in England.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
Balance as at 01/09/23 = £115,000.00 Balance as at 31/12/23 = £112,000.00
Balance as at 31/08/24 = £105,400.00 Balance as at 31/12/24 = £102,500.00

as above, how many properties do you currently own?
None? then its standard rate
On the other hand, if the divorce left your wife still living in a property that has not yet been sold and furthermore the divorce left you with a right to a share of the sales proceeds when it is, the position needs further clarification2 -
Thanks both a load off my mind.
Nothing left over or connection from divorce in anyway but good point
