Do transfers from other ISAs count as "ISA funds from previous tax years"?

Let's say I deposit money into ISA A in tax year 2023-24. Then I transfer all of that into ISA B in tax year 2024-25. I also make new deposits into ISA B in 2024-25. If I then want to transfer just the 2023-24 cash from ISA B into new ISA C in 2024-25, can I just choose the "transfer ISA funds from previous tax years" option?
I'm just wanting clarification because the money is technically funds from previous tax years, but it was transferred into ISA B in the current tax year, so I don't know if that will confuse matters when they receive the transfer form. I don't want ISA B provider to turn around and say "but you only opened this ISA this tax year".
