Transfer Cash ISA away from Zopa

I'm sure people have had issues with this in the past so wanted to check I am doing things right. I find the Zopa "pots" arrangement all very confusing.
I have a Zopa ISA Savings pot - this was a 1 year fix which is about to mature, and I wish to transfer it somewhere else.
I also have a non-ISA regular access pot which I essentially use for easy access savings.
The thing is, I think I only have 1 account number and sort code which covers both my ISA pot and my non-ISA pot.
Do I need to do anything special when filling in my ISA transfer request form for the new provider?
Thanks!

You’ll be asked for your ISA roll number on your transfer form. This is the same as your Smart ISA reference number and can be found in your Smart Savings Hub by clicking Manage, Account information, then Smart ISA details. You won’t need to include an account number or sort code on your transfer form
