If you emailed the defence or defences, in February, they should show as logged on the claim history , especially if you received email auto responses to the defence submissions. Clearly something is wrong2 -
That is worrying. I emailed them the defenses as per the guide and got automated responses. Any advice on how best to proceed? Phone the court on Monday? The number on the claim form?0

One recent victim on here phoned the CNBC in Northampton and asked those questions, I seem to remember that they reported back that a complaint about the not logged defences ( with copies of the email auto responses attached ) should be emailed to the claim.responses with something like URGENT, MISSING PAPERWORK or similar in the email header, because not logging emailed defences is a very common problem, it's surprising that the Claimant lawyers have not pressed the judgment button already
Find the thread with the details listed and get your complaints emailed ASAP, even though they are shut until Monday morning
Keep checking your MCOL claim history too, and your inbox and spam folders for replies ( and more email auto responses to your complaints )2 -

Looks like I may have got off lightly, frustrating when I did what I should have.
I should have kept a closer eye on it. I will report back. I have had confirmation for this email so hopefully back on track. I will report back

order to get a faster response they recommended I instead e-mailed "ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk" and used the following subject line: "UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS - URGENT".
I should then give it another 10 days before calling them back, but the deadline is 14 days.
