Remove paragraph 9, as POFA isn't relevant to a driver.

Add in another exhibit talking the judge through the rest of the GSV images (not just the one with a blue bin) and alert the court to the fact that GSV shows that the signs changed a year ago. You can use the words & pictures I provided already.

Add in the Beavis case sign, as I mentioned too!
Thanks CM, Para 9 is now removed. I have added the following 2 paragraphs after para 15 and just before my conclusion. Do you agree i'm good to send it off now with my exhibits?

I call on the claimant to prove the signage was compliant at the time of the alleged offence with BPA standards. I draw the attention of the allocated Judge to Google Street View images from both 1 & 2 years ago. You will note from the images 2 years ago that signs are absent around the perimeter, the one large white sign carries no information to show this is a pay & display or pay by app car park. It is my belief that these were changed after the alleged offence (see photos in exhibit 4).

I have also included an image from the case of Beavis Case deemed to be compliant, it is my view that none of the signage in the car park met this strict standard at the time of the alleged offence (see exhibit 5)

    Remove 'allocated'.

And change 'offence' (twice) to parking event because there's no criminal offence involved!

Just spoke to Mrs and it’s arrived in the post today, a day late. I’m going to assume it’s arrived with the court at the same time, will they accept it late Monday? Should I make a point about it at the hearing?

    Yes.

Can you show us the photo signage evidence?

Yes they’ll accept it late or yes I should make a point about it?

Not sure I fully understand your question CM, do you want me to post some of their evidence relating to signage?

Yep - sorry for my typo; I use a phone on here mostly and fat fingers are more likely: my request should read "show us the photo signage evidence".

Apologies for the delayed response was waiting for photos from the Mrs and then had some people issues using the site earlier.

Anyway, here are the photos. Some are time stamped and others aren’t. Interestingly, the photo of entrance has no signs in their evidence pack and the image of my vehicle fails to show where it is in comparison to signs.
