I wouldn't get involved either - the 'neighbourly thing to do' would be to tell them, but then that is the view of a reasonable person who would appreciate being told. Not everyone is like that - as they don't seem to be too bothered about maintaining good relationships with their neighbours there will be a good chance you will get told to mind your own business, although perhaps not so politely.
