Even if it’s a letter of claim that says “you have received this notice because a business intends to take you to court”?
Appreciate your help with this.0 -
Yep.
We assume it's DCB Legal? What you haven't realised is that you WANT the claim! It's the end game and costs nothing.

It’s Moorside Legal. There doesn’t seem to be a way to reply to them other than post. And I’m not posting them anything.
I did manage to get a response to them before when they ignored a right of erasure request. They continued to send post to a family address and then they sent an apology letter when I complained to the DPO. Surprised they haven’t dropped the case yet.

"Moorside Legal. There doesn’t seem to be a way to reply to them other than post".
That's odd. On all Moorside threads everyone emails them and was sure the letter has it on the bottom.
I expect they also have a portal to reply.

They have an email but if you email it, you get an auto response that says the inbox isn’t monitored. This is a recent change.
And the portal now requires you to register your details with them.

Either will do. Who cares if they don't monitor it but the Portal is fine ...they already have your data!

So? What is the issue

Presumably this is the help@ email? If you really don't want to use the portal then you can try litigationteam@ followed by the usual Moorside domain. When tested at the very end of December the litigationteam@ email will return an acknowledgement of receipt. At least it did just under a month ago.
