    New Aquilisa thermostat control.

Unlikely, but could the hot and cold supplies to the shower mixer have been reversed?
If you set the shower thermostat to cold, does the shower run hot?
Is there an isolator on the hot supply to the shower? If so, is it fully open?

Thanks everyone. It looks as though the problem is a complicated one. I’ll have to wait for a contractor to come and hope it can be sorted.
