Virgin to Zopa ISA Transfer Glitch

This is a glitch that I hit transferring a cash ISA from Virgin (82 sort code) to Zopa. Although I selected "whole balance" it also needed to be given a figure. When the transfer went through, they took the whole balance right enough, but in doing so left the Virgin account still open with zero balance and without taking accrued interest.
I don't know if that was a Zopa or a Virgin glitch. Any time I've previously transferred it has always taken the whole lot, including interest, and closed the account (unless I specified part transfer of a stated amount).
Nothing's lost of course but it's untidy. I was planning to just transfer again once the interest was added, now that i can do so it looks like that might not be possible, as they specify say minimum transfer of £500.
Anyone else hit this, or found a way to avoid it?

Sorted, in case anyone hits the same problem. I filled in the transfer again and specified Full Amount, and put the value as £500. Transfer has now gone through taking the full balance including accrued interest, and closing the source Virgin account.
