Will it ever end?

Probably third or fourth parking ticket from my work..

this one I have absolutely no idea what it is they think I’ve done wrong and to be worth £90 😆 ?

All I can see is parked in an EV charging bay which is true because my car is EVand it’s also registered to my parking membership at the hospital …

Its only Apcoa,  so no biggie  !

Is the vehicle hired or leased or a company vehicle   ?

    Post pictures of the signage

Perhaps they meant you were parked in an EV bay but weren't charging your car?  In which case they should say so on the charge slip I would have thought.   If there were signs to that effect then it might be obvious but often the signs are not obvious.  So if the hospital/your employer won't deal with this then you need to follow the route as outlined on the stickies.

Will post all photos of signage tomorrow once at work again.

So apparently I’m the idiot and my partner says I shouldn’t have parked there if I’m not charging. Had every intention to but was too late to work to set it up and forgot throughout the day.

The car is through my partners work - potential lease / on a contract.

The thing that pisses me off the most is weeks ago I parked there in my Skoda (non EV) risky but zero spaces elsewhere but HAD to start my shift and I got a ticket but with £0.00 for the request… now I have this. Baffles me
  • Just appeal it as the driver so no issue with any lease firm

I assume that you are not the registered keeper,  but a "hirer "  ?

In which case you want to hook Apcoa away from the lease company or hire company,  you dont want them paying Apcoa and invoicing you as hirer or as lessee

Study the bottom part of the newbies thread in announcements   ( that is unless you bought it and are the Registered Keeper   ?  )

Presumably your hospital trust has employed Apcoa to monitor the bays,  to enforce the signs   ?

The signs will stipulate that the bay must only be used whilst charging

A hirer is true here. I’ll read the bottom. Thanks.

Don’t read the signs as they’re small and I’ve not needed to check anything but I’ll be reading them tomorrow.
