Saving pics from iPhone

Is she logging into iPhone on a PC?

If so when she downloads ( if it's a windows pc ) they will go into a download folder - she can then got to windows explorer ( windows key & E ) find the download folder ( they will probably be in a zip file ) then copy that to the stick.

If she is using a MAC then right click the photo(s) or click the three dots at the top right of the pic(s) and then hit download.

They appear in the download folder.

She does not have a computer. So using her phone.  That is why she wanted to save the pics as when she has deleted before the pics disappeared from icloud as well as the phone and she didn't want that!
i have a macbook and was having a look at this on that.

She can sign into iCloud using your macbook or any computer and then download the pictures.
