Mobilize battery lease hell - help

My experience with Mobilize has been terrible, poor communication, they do not follow up on their admin ( I asked to change my monthly lease in October, nothing has been changed even though I have formally complained and phoned several times).
I have now sold my car, I filled in the form for battery transfer with the garage, sent it to Mobilize as they said to and have heard nothing back after 2 week. I don't trust their admin skills and am very nervous that I am going to be liable for the battery for a very long time
Anyone got any advice?

Hi, you can email their customer service to escalate your complaints and nd request confirmation of the battery transfer. If it does not work, you can contact an ombudsman. Along with it, you must keep records of all communications. If you're concerned about future costs, you can calculate miles per gallon UK for any new vehicle to ensure better fuel efficiency.0
