If you are booking flights only go through the airlines own website2
-
- use skyscanner to locate best route/airline
- then book direct with the airline, via the airline's own website
- avoid any third party flight booking service

I personally wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
Book direct or if you really want to book third party, use a reputable site that people use all the time rather than small obscure companies like this one.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

It is literally a one woman company according to Companies House which I suspect is supported by an overseas call centre in India. I have to admit I have heard nothing bad about them, they do have an ATOL licence but it is only for 1000 seats a year which isn't a lot. If it is a straightforward flight then maybe check with the airline and see if they can book it at the same price.1
