Transfer S&S ISA from HL to Iweb - likely timescale?

Both IWeb & HL, and probably others, struggled to cope with the sudden increase in volume of transfers.I started mine 12 Feb 2014 and it took more than 6 months. However that period was exceptionally busy.1
