I am with Severn Trent and get a bill every June and December (6 monthly)

My DD is adjusted each time up or down

I live in a flat and the meter is under the sink so I read it and submit the treading when they make a request

I am with ST as well and mine is every 6 months and read remotely - you may well end up in credit , my last 6 month was £220.  Why not pay be DD ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Did you not get a bill in December ?

If not it might be best to give them a ring

No when I change to a water meter got credited like £4 then I’ve paid every month £40 since and just states this…..thought maybe I’d see a bill 12th of jan as that’s 3 months but maybe it’s every 6 months.

Our water company takes a reading once a year and then bills us and adjusts the payments. You could send through a meter reading and ask for them to bill you now.

Your DD will be based on your rateable value, how may in your household ?

You could send them a reading to prompt a bill then you will know where you are, just log into your account

Depending on how much you have used will generate an accurate DD

Do you know where your surface (roof) goes ? Soakaway or sewer
