My new build home is listed as freehold and leasehold. Should I be concerned?

I bought my new build home in 2021 and can see it listed as freehold on land registry.  However, if I do a search on gov.uk in property information.  I can see my house listed as freehold and also in leasehold.  The freehold information includes my buying price.  The leasehold information looks like the price for the development company's buying price for the land.  There are only a few of the houses in my area with this leasehold information shown.  Most of them are listed as freehold only.  Why is that and should I be concerned?

I think this question would best be addressed to your conveyancing solicitor (that you used when you bought the house). If they are evasive, perhaps ask another solicitor for advice in case your solicitor made a mistake.

If you have home insurance, you check to see if you have Legal Expenses cover as this might cover the cost of some professional advice on whether a mistake has been made.

Don't let yourself be fobbed off -  it would be best to get a explanation you are happy with, as it might affect thhe value of your proerpty when you come to sell it, so you need to be happy that you understand the reason. The time to sort it out is now, not when you want to sell the property.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
