PCN Smart parking

Hello, fairly new to this. Received a PCN from Smart parking as I forgot to input car reg into the tablet within the shop.

I've checks some posts for newbies etc especially @Coupon-mad threads.  For me is it simply appealing as keeper on the ground this company is non-pofa?

Seen this post here and was going to use similar wording and legislation that coupon-mad shared:

Appreciate any thoughts, thanks.

Its either use that one or one of the more recent concise ones by Grizebeck or something similar , appealing as keeper

No blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself,  no stories,  just POFA , no keeper liability , such as

Statutory regulation is needed to stop this industry's out of control behaviour. A group of MPs raised it in a letter to HCLG Minister and one MP recently told Parliament "Rip-off parking 'fines' need to go".
Get your own MP to ask MHCLG when Govt Parking Code of Practice will be implemented. Join the call by signing/share this petition demanding the re-launch of a Govt-backed CoP. 🙏
We must keep pressure on new Govt, previous one failed to ensure motorists were protected and treated fairly from an industry who for years have shown they either lack the capabilities to achieve this or have no desire to.
