Smart Parking - McDonalds Parking Charge Notice

Hi folks,
I’ve been reading through the threads over the past week or so but I’m not confident in how to deal with this charge. Parked for 100 mins and 5 seconds but I didn’t realise there was a limit - I still don’t know what it is and it isn’t mentioned on the PCN so I’m assuming 90 mins. Colected food from the drive-thru and ate in the car.

Date of contravention was 4/12, letter not received until 20/12.
I’ve found a more recent reply suggestion of:
“This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NtK does not comply with PoFA. As there is no keeper liability, therefore, liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and so, is an automatic win at POPLA. Please cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code at which point you will auto withdraw.”
I’m not sure if this is a NtK as it doesn’t say that anywhere to be sure this is accurate in my circumstances.
Would be hugely grateful for any advice. Hope you’ve all had a lovely holiday period.
