Bought a phone contract through them last week. Delays in responding to chasers for the phone only to be finally told the sellers phone did not pass their 90 point diagnostic check??

The package was approx £750 for two years so assumed I was buying a new phone. Doesn't smell right to me so be wary of buying thru them.

I clicked on some of the links to the phones themselves and under the condition section the status of the phone said "New" and other said "Brand New". Some said "Like New".

This one said "New" https://www.mozillion.com/bundle-products/apple/iphone-16

So, if you pick one which only says condition "New" then you would expect a new phone, not reconditioned or secondhand. If their highest tier was "Like New" then yes you could summise it is not new.

I have just had a similar situation.  I bought a "NEW" phone. They took my payment, and only emailed saying "the sellers phone did not pass their 90 point diagnostic check" and the reason - they where let down by the supplier!! after I contacted them. How long would they have left me to wait???
I believe these should not be advertised on the site.
