Pulse/Marble due default can’t sign in - normal action?

I have missed 3/4 payments now on my Marble and Pulse card. I received my letter from Pulse beginning of December saying agreement terminated and full balance due. Then received the same from Marbles end of Dec. So both due to default any time but haven’t yet.
I’ve had no phone calls from them since Christmas Eve. They were calling 3/4 times daily. I have had an email 10 days ago saying over my balance and charges apply etc.
Went to log into their individual mobile apps tonight to see what my balance is as I like to keep on top of it and it was saying incorrect details so went on to the desktop website and it said “this account is not eligible for online account management please contact us for any queries.” For both log ins.
Is this normal action they take…What do I do now? I have all the statement and letters saved so know my account number and theirs and last balance etc but how will I keep track of my balance? Is this normal for them to stop access. Not sure if I should ring them, don’t really want to. Or do I wait it out as I have been doing and see if get letters from a debt collector or somewhere instead? I just thought I’d always be able to log in somewhere to check balance etc.

My Barclaycard disappeared when they had defaulted me and were in the process of selling it. Someone should start writing to you soon wanting repayments so I'd wait until you hear from whoever that is before doing anything else. If it goes to a debt collector then they usually have a website you can log in to to check your balance.

Yes all perfectly normal, you are defaulting remember, this means your financial relationship with these lenders is ending, the debts will likely be sold, or assigned to a collector.
Whatever your balance is currently, is the amount that will be sold/assigned, as Rob says above, whoever ends up with your debts will have a website where you can log on, make payment, see your balance etc.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Following on from this question. I’ve still not heard anything from these two cards since I was locked out of the account. Is this length of time still normal?they have sent me end of January emails saying my monthly statement is ready to view and one has a note in the email saying ‘Your statement also includes a notice under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, so please take a moment to read it thoroughly’. Which I think is probably the usual telling me I’ve been charged over limit and late payment charges. So they keep telling me to log in but I can’t. Can’t decide if it’s a sneaky trick to get me to call them lol. I won’t do.I’m also worried they may send further letters but ones that are important through the app that I can’t view. Most of the important ones so far like default notice they sent in app and snail mail. Would other important ones be the same like if passed to DCA? Still not showing default on my transunion credit file just says late payments so not defaulted yet. Even though accts have been terminated since December.0

Fluid and Marbles are both Newday cards, if you were only making minimum payments to the first one you have a possible affordability claim saying the second should not have been given and all interest on it should be refunded, this will help speed up your DMP.1
