I have actually put in the defence field that I emailed the full defence doc to the email address. 

This is what I see in the case history:

Your defence was submitted on 19/01/2025 at 22:49:23

Your defence was received on 20/01/2025 at 08:05:21

Your defence was rejected on 21/01/2025

Your defence was received on 21/01/2025

Bit confusing but I am hoping that common sense prevails and they'll use the full version which was emailed.

This was actually a disaster:

"I have actually put in the defence field that I emailed the full defence doc to the email address."

NEVER EVER DO THAT.

THOSE WORDS WERE "YOUR DEFENCE" SO THEY WERE REJECTED!

However, the CNBC has indeed recognised the emailed defence instead and replaced the rejected one with it. You got lucky!

Just received a letter from DCB confirming they are discontinuing the case. Wohoo!
