Hello Forumites,

Wondering if you've encountered the same issue as me: I tried to transfer this year's cash ISA from Chip into my Trading 212 Cash ISA and it hasn't accepted or progressed the transfer on 2 occasions now. I get emails saying it's progressing and then.... nothing. When I drill down via the websites,  I find it's CANCELLED both transfers with no explanation as to why?
Any insights greatly appreciated.

TIA

What does T212 say when you ask them?

There are so many possible reasons that there is no point us guessing them.  Better for you to get the actual reason from them.

*** Update *** Managed to get hold of someone via the chat function, and they stated that Chip will not transfer any funds from their cash ISA to T212 unless you select: This year - in full and Previous years - in full; the fact is I only opened the ISA this year, so there are no other years to consider, but there's a glitch at the Chip end as they don't allow in a "partial" transfer so, even if you've only got the current year, you HAVE to specify "Current" and "Previous" in full.  Madness but hoping this attempt will now work... I will keep you posted.
T212 tell me this is a recurring theme with Chip to T212 transfers and many people have had problems.

I transferred this year's cash ISAs from both Zopa (took about 10 days) and Chip (took about 3 days!) to Trading 212 Cash ISA with no problems. I've since moved all to Trading 212's Shares ISA (at a click of a button).
