I really wanted to come back and say how well I have been doing but it's not the case, my plan from CCCS should arive tomorow, they have been great but I haven't.

I feel im falling apart, mariage looks destined to crash and now have caled samaritans (the lady was nice but what can they do?)

I have a lot to face up to, it all seems too much right now

Just to send you a hug because it sounds like you need one, and to say: it may all seem overwhelming at the moment, but stick with it - it does get better, honest. And there is so much support and great advice on here you never need to cope with it all alone.

It's nearly the weekend anyway, so aim to catch up on eating, sleeping and relaxing on Saturday and Sunday - you can't do much to change things then anyway because most places are closed, so give yourself a bit of 'me' time. It will all seem easier with a bit of time out.

;) I'm hanging in there. Tommorrow can't come fast enough.

The only plans I can make now are to get a good nights sleep and try and be as positive as possible tomorrow and eat something!.

Then start getting back on track, because I have lots to do, lots! can't be crying no more and feeling down, got to move on now, after all thats why I here.

    thanks for listening

    Just a quick update.

Sent my pro rata leters to my creditors, been a few days but still not received anything back.

Got some part time work starting next week but won't be a great deal. GP has advised anti-depressants which I have started today.
