People here know what they are talking about and will lead you to the right path, it may not be a pleasant stroll in the park but its facing the problems and dealing with them one by one.

Can I suggest that you think strongly about getting all your incoming money paid into an account with another bank & that you do not let the bank you are currently with know.You need to protect your interests.
Other than that your mortgage is a priority.

Going to call them tommorrow (the mortgage people) the only funds I have now that in not DR is the december payment I missed but is sat ready to be taken for januarys payment now, I think the original debt help line I called suggested definately not letting it get to 2 payments behind. I won't let that happen.Hi & welcome

I called the council and rather than miss march payment for the council tax i asked them to reduce Jan & Feb's and make one in march, which they done.

Sorry I forgot to ask, what happens if I set up an account, I change my details to have all my incoming money into this. I see HBSC Thursday, not sure what the hell for now apart from ask for the recent and upcoming charges to be refunded and NOT to agree to any further help from them. I havent had enough time to look into PayPlan properley let alone anything else I have come across since and am worried about the time sclae of events to be honest.0

They wont refund charges at the mo til after the test case AFAIK
