    Are you able to post what is actually on the bill - a screen shot or similar?  With your personal details omitted of course.  Ensure you include the bit where it shows your tariffs.

    If you read the meter yourself, what does it say?

    Or was it supposed to be 21288.8 (accidentally included a digit that shouldn't have been)?
    PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)

    You're right, I was reading "last" to mean "last" as in most recent, rather than "previous".

    Can you also see if you can find the last real (not estimated) reading prior to the current one? That will tell us how much you're actually using rather than what BG think you're using. Of course we need to know units as well.
