Can't get Next Fixed 16m V1

I've logged into the cheap energy club to try and switch my tariff to the new Next Fixed 16m V1. Unfortunately I get a message saying I can't get the tariff. I'm currently with Sainsburys which is part of Eon Next but I thought it was available for existing and new customers? Has anyone else had the same issue?
