ECC timeshare

Charged £3999.00 to exit our timeshare obligations by ECC and have had no outcome other than excuses that the task can not be completed. Have contacted them on numerous occasions for an explanation and no replies

There doesn't appear to be a question there but it sounds like your experience is similar to others:

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. I was just about to embark on an expensive journey with ECC to relinquish a timeshare contract, until I fortuitously spotted this thread. I have cancelled my commitment with them now. Interestingly I was told on the departing phone call that they offer a reduced payment upfront and the rest on completion. Still a very large amount. I just wonder why they did not mention that at the outset.

In any case I am still left with the timeshare (Karma). Are there other agencies people have used that are reliable who can help me get out of this contract?

I've never heard of a timeshare exit company that has got positive reviews. Very few if any actually achieve the advertised results.

@mdann52 There was a Scottish based company which had very low upfront payment of under £100 and they did have a good reputation.  Unfortunately they seem to be a very different company now.  It would seem they were bought out but the name retained.
