Minor bugs and niggles

Hi. I enjoy using the MSE Forum. I just wanted to post a few little bugs and niggles that the software team may wish to look into.
(1) Ctrl+arrow should move one word. When you edit a post, the cursor doesn't move as expected. In almost every other editor you can move one word at a time by hitting Ctrl+ left or right arrow. This doesn't work here and you jump a bigger distance, usually to the end of a line.
(2) Multipage uses misleading icons. At the bottom of a multipage topic there is a set of icons so you can jump forwards or back, or go to a specific page. The icons for forward and back are confusing. A double headed arrow normally means jump to THE VERY END. The arrows here jump to the next page and should, ideally, be single headed.
Hope this helps.

(3) Paragraoph spacing. (This could potentially make me look silly. I don't really know what will happen until I post it.). When you
edit a post you want a space between paragraphs, so you hit return
twice. When you submit it the spacing changes so there is now a huge gap
between paragraphs. It would be nice if the edit screen looked more
like the final result.

Thanks for the feedback.
For the text editor - We are using a legacy version that has a few issues, which include the ones you mentioned.
There is a new version which we would like to change to, but our members have strongly indicated they do not like some features, including the new way quotations are handled. You can read more about the new editor in this thread. Most bugs mentioned have been fixed but we are hoping for more improvements before we switch.
Page Numbering - There is also a new layout for pages available, which as a new pagination system. We hope we will be able to switch to the new system later in the year.
