Turkish Airlines Customer Services

We have been trying to claim compensation for missing a connecting flight in Istanbul airport with Turkish Airlines. Their customer services no longer has a numbered where you can speak to someone. They direct you to an online form where we gave all our details and evidence, but have not heard anything back from them . Not even an acknowledgement of our claim. I was wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them in similar circumstances. Thank you
