BT Reward Card Fail via MSE

Hi, I've been unsuccessful in claiming, as a new customer, the BT reward card.

I signed up to the deal via MSE. I feel I signed up correctly, through the link MSE provided and completed the sign up there and then, without closing any browsers. 

I have left it a few weeks after the broadband package has been live so that there wasn't any issue claiming due to cooling off period. 

After trying to claim it and being passed around departments it has ended up today with nothing. 

Has anyone ever successfully claimed a BT reward card?

Has anyone been successfull in claiming reward via the MSE link that was promoting the offer in November?

BT aren't going to help me now. Is MSE at fault if I followed everything correctly?
