Hi, So i tried to haggle with virgin media for a current £60pm bill. They did not budge at all and i said i would like to cancel and they just said OK. I was paying £28 a month for broadband, end of contract, up to £34.
Rang 3weeks ago offered £30, I said no, asked what was the last day I could cancel.
Rang the day before cancellation day, £20 then from April £23 till April 26.
