@Gers ahh...I thought my timing must be suspect...When i had an op on my right foot years ago I found a handed handle for left hand in a charity shop and bought it to use. Then when my left ankle started becoming dodgy I was using that too but obviously, I should be using something in my right hand. I just find the one with the ergonomic handle easier to grip than the tubish kind.

Makes sense - I have a wooden one which I bought privately, didn't fancy the NHS tube kind either.

@mehefin - I'm still wading my way through DH's stuff and agree, it's easier to do a little a time rather than try to do everything all at once.  And sometimes it depends on how I'm feeling and even what it is I'm clearing out.  Some days are easier than others but it will all get done eventually.

The weather is much milder here, it actually got up to 11 degrees yesterday and the sun was shining. It makes such a difference to everyone's mood, including mine.
