Sofology Dispute

I bought a leather sofa from Sofology in 2021. Within 9 months i noticed peeling. It took 2 years  to repair due to the technician colouring in then sending for new cover 3   times which  took 3 months each time . Had to send  this cover back due to damage on replacement cover  . Then i noticed peeeling on the arm rest , same issue with parts. Still not had arm rest replaced as the technicain slit the cover, Thats another issue. In the last year i have noticed peeling on two other chairs. As this occured out side of the warrenty Sofology dont want to know. I  Comissioned a report which  was thorough and showed up more problems. The long and short of it the sofa isnt worth the money i paid. Sofology had rejcted the report as i suspected. I was going to go the furniture ombusman but the furniture inspector suggested i go to citizens advice  to find out my legal position.  has any one had any success getting their issue resolved with sofology with out going to the ombusdman?
