"Like the others I'd imagine an AI villa is going to cost a premium."
Is there such a type of accommodation - aren't all villas self catering ?
As a poster further up the page pointed out (before you asserted that it was 'obviously' not an option!), there are plenty of results when searching online - it's the way many ski chalet holidays work so conceptually there's no reason for it not to be viable in a summer environment, although as we're all saying it is unlikely to fit OP's (unquantified) desire for "We don't want to spend crazy money"....
It's not a ski holiday the OP is looking for - a beach type location was stated - that's why I reckoned it was obviously not an option based on that specification.
If there is a viable summer environment scenario I will stand corrected - must be few and far between though, if any ?

There are many holiday options to 'gated community' developments with villas that also have access to on site restaurants, or even personal catering.

Sounds like you haven't even tried the approach suggested yesterday to quickly verify this?

I've seen some high-end AI with villas but I would expect them to be extremely expensive.  I don't know what your budget would be.  A search using 'all inclusive villa holiday' comes up with quite a few options.

Yes, it took no more than about a minute to copy/paste the suggested term into a search engine and briefly visit a couple of sites to verify that (summer) AI villas are indeed a thing, which is certainly something I'd have done if I'd have felt the need to airily dismiss the concept as being 'obviously' not available....

My recommendation is that OP follows the guidance to visit sites identified by a search for "all inclusive villa holiday", rather than paying any attention to someone falsely claiming that such holidays don't exist....

Yes, perhaps obviously was too prescriptive ?
  • Hi, you could start the process by contacting these people Abercrombie & Kent , they offer bespoke villa options including “ fully serviced “ villas.
Top end but  a good place to start.

As an alternative would suggest a 5 star holiday park in Vendee/ Charante Maritime or Gironde check out Eurocamp or as an example , Cote d’Argent on coast 1 hour from Bordeaux is superb , but not AI and will be busy in school holidays.

Won’t let me post links so google

    Abercrombie and Kent

    Cote d’Argent camping

    👍
