Good morning all,
Update: This morning I received a LBC - please see photo.
Could someone advise on the next move I should make? Thanks0 -
Ignore. It's just a debt collection letter, not a Letter of Claim.2

So this is just DRP posing as someone else, not a solicitor etc.
Thank you.1 -
Credit Style own Debt Recovery Plus and CST (look at the bottom of the scrap paper they sent you), also note that the letter states they have been instructed by Debt Recovery Plus in relation to the above debt. It doesn't say what they have been instructed it might be to make the tea! It's all smoke and mirrors just read the words don't attach any imagination they are scammers that are making up silly scary letters, they cannot do anything as debt collectors as you have no proven debt, and they are just acting as no win no fee scarers!2
