Help please on Tui Holiday

Hi. Booked holiday to Turkey for 14 nights leaving 12th Aug. We want to change to 21 nights 3rd August and fly from different airport. Totally understand an amendment fee is payable, however when I use Tui app there's a £400 discount but Tui are refusing to let me have the discount . I have checked booking terms and conditions and there's no where it states that. It does say the price you pay is the price on the day you book. Please can anyone help?

What are the Ts & Cs associated with the £400 discount offer?  For example, it could relate to new bookings only, rather than amendments....

I wouldn't have thought a £400 discount would be applicable for modifying a holiday.
They are usually for new bookings.

Is this the discount?  Save £400 per booking when you spend £4,000 or more?
If so, this offer is only valid for new bookings.

I have never seen a discount code anywhere that you can apply to modifying a booking. You would need to make a new booking for that code.

It doesn't say can't use when amending. I had promo code on original booking but they won't let me transfer it.

But it says it can only be used once per booking, so if you'd already used it on this one, they won't apply it again?  Would it perhaps be cheaper to cancel and rebook?

^^^^^^^^^^^  Exactly as stated above.  A change to the booking is not a new booking.
