There have always been landlords joining BTL and landlords leaving.
There have always been legislation changes making things better or worse for tenants, and for agents, and for landlords, and for solicitors.
Prices have always been going up from time to time, and going down from time to time.
These will continue. Being a landlord is a long-term game, not a get-rich-quick cunning plan.
No change here, nothing to see, move along please.....
