Flexible cash ISAs that allow transfer ins?

I want a flexible cash ISA that allows transfer ins.
I wanted to ask if you can think of any not mentioned on the MSE page https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa/
The page used to mention Monument, but not any more https://www.monument.co/savings/easy-access-cash-isa Monument should allow transfer ins "soon" but it doesn't at the moment.
I am reluctant about Trading 212. It's unclear to me if I can open a cash ISA without also opening a trading account, and I'm put off by the many complaints of how hard it was to transfer funds in and out of 212.
I am also reluctant about Chip, because I don't like the fact that it's not technically a bank and funds are protected with ClearBank, not directly with Chip.
Zopa seems decent, but I need to transfer out of Zopa.
Skipton offers one that pays much less (3.30% - that's less than gilts pay now)
Thoughts?

You can open a Trading 212 Cash ISA on its own.
I had no problems transferring in two other cash ISAs.
I also have cash in the Invest section paying the same rate as the ISA, quite happy with using QMMFs.0 -

147 easy access ISAs that accept transfers, some of which will be flexible:
